Avalanche transceiver training - induction session Klosters
Event details

Except Thursday, 24. January 2019

Davos Klosters is one of the largest freeride areas in the Alps. In order to enjoy this to the max, it is important to know how to use your avalanche gear. All avalanche rescue moves should be regularly practiced under expert supervision so that you will keep calm and know you can help quickly in an emergency. This beginners’ course in avalanche transceiver operation will familiarise you with the various functions of avalanche transceiver devices and teach you how to use them. At our ATC Avalanche Training Centre, you will subsequently practice the individual phases of a search as well as how to handle the probe – all under the guidance of one of our search and rescue professionals.
